Slovak National Museum in Svidnik

The museum in Svidnik is considered to be one of the largest expositions of ethnographic material and spiritual culture of Ukrainians and Lemkos. The museum has an area of 11 hectares in the form of an open-air museum. While visiting the object you can see both rural buildings, as well as utility buildings or wells, and the inn of coachmen dating from the second half of the 19th century. In one of the cottages, searching visitors can discover exposed workshops; weaving, smithy, carpentry and regional outfits decorated with traditional techniques.
